Title: Handover
Fandom: Gundam Iscariot (Original Gundam-Inspired 'Verse)
Pairing/Characters: Mitra Lucero & Amde Hisano
Rating: Not Rated
Content Notes: CNTW
Prompt: 1 & 6 - push & pull
-
"This certainly explains why Mick's handover report was this location was mostly laughing emojis," Mitra said flatly.
Beside him, Amde was already giggling.
"It's been a couple of years since they did this, though?"
In their path was a colony cart, usually used for moving everything conceivable around the colony, except it was wedged perfectly sideways, wall-to-wall.
"Varuna refuses to make or buy a different size," Mitra added.
"It's a good size," Amde replied. "He could always change the size of the hallways."
Almost every class eventually figured out the carts would wedge and it was a simple but annoying prank.
What Mitra knew, as well, was how to unstick them without too much actual effort.
"Up for a little push and pull?" he asked Amde.
He'd only pumped into her while already on his way to following Mick's end-of-shift notes, but she hadn't left his side yet. She didn't seem to be in a hurry, at least, so she was probably after something deeper in colony storage. Maybe she even needed the cart.
"Of course," Amde said, grinning.
And from there, it was only a minute before the cart was free and Amde quickly put a firm hand on its handle. Mitra didn't say anything. Usually he didn't even want to know.
"So," Amde asked, still grinning, "when you do you think they'll learn the fan trick?"
