Riku groaned, hearing a barely-stifled sigh from the man next to him as both their companions went tearing off towards the great flying heartless-- no, a Remnant, right, whatever difference that made. Riku glanced sidelong and found Lord David looking back with a wryly understanding light in his eyes.
"Polar opposites, those two," David remarked blandly, settling his shield into place.
Riku rolled his eyes, already calling his keyblade. "I was thinking something more like 'good god, there's two of them'." He shifted his weight, getting ready to run. "Should probably go save their asses."
"Probably wise," David said, nodding. "Shall we?"
